Our customer wanted a great basement conversion under their semi detached house in Meanwood, Leeds. We transformed the space by making a large new opening and fitting new stairs from the rest of the house. The cellar was structurally waterproofed using John Newon membranes and pumps.

We created two additional bedrooms for a large student house in Leeds. The rooms were completed using Newton membranes and pumps. We provided a start to finish service including Planning Permission, Building Regulations and all finishing tasks.
Basement conversion in Armley, Leeds
Back to back houses are common in Yorkshire, as even with the limited space in their basements, a good usable space can be created. We created an additional bedroom in the house by converting the basement using an overall floor area of 16m2. Well converted space works well, and looks good.
Above Ground membrane solution on a listed cottage in Wetherby
The 400 year old cottage suffered from extensive damp and our solution was to fit membranes to the inner walls as conventional Damp Proof Course systems would not work, owing to the thickness of the wall. The project was completed with minimal disturbance to the occupants and ahead of schedule.
